I set up the Bow Occasions Blog in July 2010 to coincide with my wedding and event company, Bow Occasions.

The aim of the Bow Occasions Blog is to:

♥ Showcase talented individuals in the industry
♥ Show that you can have the wedding you want, not the one you think you should have

On the Bow Occasions Blog you can expect to find gorgeous real life weddings, the most amazing wedding dresses, beautiful stationery, scrumptious cakes, stunning photography, unique ideas, the latest trends and so much more. I will also be sharing my own journey as I plan my wedding to the love of my life, Mr D.

About Louise

Hi! I’m Louise, a wedding and event designer based in the heart of the Kent countryside. Based in Kent, I specialise in Wedding Day Coordination and the Styling and Design of weddings, parties and events throughout Kent, London, East Sussex, Surrey and Essex and I am more than happy to travel further afield.

I fell in love with weddings one gorgeous summer’s day in Turin, Italy when I too became a bride to be. Following several years in marketing and events both in London and in Kent, I decided to combine my corporate events experience with my love for design and weddings by becoming a wedding and event designer. I have studied with ICS Learn and have an ICS Wedding Planner Diploma.

My style is stylish, creative, fun and a little bit quirky. From the big picture all the way to the little details, I treat every wedding and party as something special and new. The ideal Bow Occasions client is looking for something unique and wants a wedding and event stylist with great attention to detail and a professional (and fun) personality. My mission is to create a memorable day for each and every client. No matter the budget, style or the size of a wedding or event, Bow Occasions will create something to suit.

Besides weddings and events, my other interests include my gorgeous fiance, my two baby cats, shopping, polka dots and stripes, festivals, gigs, shopping, blogging, wine, tea and cake.
